We listen first
We spend time in your business and write down how it really runs, before any design.
- A conversation about how the work actually flows, not how it is supposed to.
- We look for where the work leaks: bookings in WhatsApp, fees in a spreadsheet, documents typed twice, things only one person knows.
- We write it down and check it with you, so nothing is built on a guess.
We build in stages
You see working pieces early and decide as we go. There is no big reveal at the end.
- Working pieces on a staging link as they are ready, so you can try them.
- Daily updates in your own client portal, with messages and documents in one place.
- One person to talk to from the first call to launch. The founder leads every project.
We stay and look after it
After launch we keep it running, fix what breaks and add what you need next.
- A maintenance plan covers automated backups, security updates, phone and browser compatibility, and fast fixes when something breaks.
- When your business changes, we change the software with it.
- If you would rather not have a plan, we hand the code over cleanly.
