Case study · Tradriv
A vision, built into a product.
Tradriv came to us as a pre-revenue SaaS startup with a clear idea and no product yet. We turned that idea into a mobile app that traders can open before a trade and again after it.

01The brief
A startup with a vision and nothing to put in a trader’s hands.
Tradriv wanted to examine the decision behind each trade, not only its result. It had no revenue and no product, so the first job was to turn the idea into something a trader could open on a phone and use.
02The goal
Turn the vision into a working product: a check before each trade, a review after it, and a desk that closes when the session does.
03Our approach
How we turned the idea into a product.
Put a gate before the trade.
The app asks the trader to clear state, risk and invalidation before any exposure, so the trade starts with a checkpoint.
Ask how the trader is entering.
The first question is about state: calm, cautious, anxious, bored or fear of missing out. The trader names it before acting.
Review the decision, not only the result.
After the trade, a review names what went wrong, what to correct and the rule for the next trade.
Close the desk.
When the session ends, the desk locks. There is no new exposure until the next session, and the trader reviews the evidence instead.
04What we built
Four screens, one habit.
-
Run the gate
The home screen asks for a gate before trading, with the week, the rule and the discipline score in view.

-
Name your state
Before the trade, the trader says how they are entering it.

-
Review the decision
A review lists the breach, the correction and the next execution rule.

-
Close the desk
When the session is over the desk locks and shows when it unlocks.

Also in the app
- Pre-trade checklist
- Trade log
- Monthly tracker
- AI coach
- Weekly calendar
- Discipline score
05The result
Where it stands.
Tradriv now has a working app it can put in front of traders. It is pre-revenue, so this case study makes no claims about sales or usage.
